Dr. (Mrs.) SHEEBA RAVEENDRAN - B.A.M.S.

Ashwini Ayurvedic Hospital is the long cherished dream of Dr. (Mrs.) Sheeba Raveendran, inspired by the reputation she enjoys and the popular demand for Panchakarma Treatment in Mumbai.
 
Dr. Sheeba is an Ayurvedic Medical Graduate from Kerala, and a registered medical practitioner under the Maharashtra Medical Council. She hails from an Ayurvedic family in Kerala, which pursue Ayurvedic treatment as a family tradition since generations. She passed  B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from Govt. Ayurveda College, Thripunithura, Kerala; and had preliminary training in the family run nursing home.
 
Dr. Sheeba started independent practice in Mumbai  in the year 1990 by opening Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala Agency at Borivli. She has imparted treatment to thousands of  patients ever since started practicing in Mumbai. 
 
Prior to the starting of Ashwini Ayurvedic Hospital, Dr. Sheeba has been running two Ayurvedic Clinics in Mumbai.  Her new clinic has been launched recently (November 2005) at Lokhandwala Complex- Andheri West,  with facilities for Panchakarma Therapies and with medicines from Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala ( as Authorised Distributor-Lokhandwala).
